Can anyone suggest any programs to teach spontanious language skills

Hello,

I am working with an 8 yr old that can say many words, label many

thing's and can even request what he wants with out being prompted

like " I want juice or " I want bye-bye play " (when he wants to go

play).

The thing is I and his parents would like him to speak more and also

be more spontanious with his speech. Like say stuff not only when he

wants to eat or juice or to play. I have just started doing a program

where I have him walk up to his mother and say " Mommy I love you "

or " Mommy I want a Hug " . But is there a better way to get this child

to speak more and be more spontanious with his speech?

Hoping someone might be running a program like this that can help
