Guest guest
I'm a children's party planner and have my own business. www.makebelieveparties.com You might look at my website to get some ideas. I do lots of parties for 9 year old girls. Most 9 year olds love a spa day, it's my most popular theme. You can do facials with cucumbers (they love that), paint nails, foot soaks, all kinds of spa treatments. You can find spa crafts in 's for them to take home. Or you can even do a craft night, with lots of different crafts to make. Or a cooking party, make your own pizzas, decorate cookies, etc... Movies are always a good way to wind down. Dancing, karaoke, or board games are always a great addition. Good luck. J ideas PLEASE!!!! Hi everyone, Well so far so good. My daughter started school and seems to be doing fine (fingers crossed). She still gets a little nervous in the morning but she has adjusted better than I expected for now. Her birthday is this Saturday and to my surprise she wants to have a big sleepover with the girls in her class. This really shocked me because she usually has 1 girl that she likes to hang around with but she seems to be trying to make more friends. We sent out invitations and so far we have about 5 9yr old girls comming. I have planned to let them swim since we have a pool, but besides that I'm lost. I need ideas as how to entertain 9 yr olds for an entire night!!!! I really want this to be special for her, she is so excited I think it will be good for her to socialize more. PLEASE give me ideas!!!!! Thanks, Angie

Guest guest
that is wonderful! i hope it turns out great! what about doing mini make overs? hair, nails, little bit of make up, dress up clothes, etc? you could take a pic of each girl, or the group together, and include that with a thank you note after the party. popcorn, pjs and movies are a must, too! i cant wait for my girls to get to this age (3 and 5 yos). i LOVED sleepover parties when i was a kid! (although, it took me awhile to feel comfortable sleeping over, i remember many times crying and having to have my mom come get me....) sharon ideas PLEASE!!!! Hi everyone, Well so far so good. Guest guest
Angie, I bought some small finger nail polish, toe holders and etc at Sally's for each child and they loved it! Also, a Karaoke machine is lots of fun! If you don't own one, I think you can rent one pretty cheap. Also, can buy some kits to paint ceramics. Kids love to paint!
