Hello, it is great to join this group and meet everyone. My name is Elaina. We live in Missouri. I am the mom to two boys. Colton is two, is four, and psecial needs. He has OCD, ODD, ADHD, is both developmentally and language delayed, and displays autistic traits. He has been seeing a neurologist for several months now. I am a WAHM, and I run a site for families of special needs children. It is called, http://www.speciallittlesmiles.com I have had a long, hard road dealing with my son. I am looking, basically, for support and friends. I have none in this small area that we live in. It is a very tiny town, and no other mom seems to have children with the issues that I am currently dealing with. Thank you for listening. Welcome Elaina! I can understand where you are coming from. I live in rural sw Iowa and joined for many of the same reasons. It is nice to have an understanding "ear" to listen and a "shoulder" to cry on sometimes. Plus the experience and suggestions and knowledge I have gained from this site have been unlimited! I am mom to Aslynne (almost 16) mild depression, Elissa almost 14, AS, ADHD, ODD and possibly Bi-polar, Tynan almost 7 possibly ADHD and stepmom to age 8, NT, Mercaides age 4 nt and Seth age 2 nt.
