Guest guest
Maybe the work is too much for him, and because he really doesn't want special ed, he is doing everything he can to " slide " by.Maybe he needs homework motifation, meaning less homework that is stated in his IEP. If you are fighting nightly, it might be worth looking into. The other conclusion is that he is just being a normal kid who doesn't want to do the work? My eight grader who has no difficulties, started this and now while we are waiting for my son with As to get out of his tutor, I have my son do his work. Right in front of me. By the time we get home he is done and doesn't have to worry about it. He just told me last night he feels like a weight has been lifted off of him- Good luck- --- crystal visneski <mvlcrystal@...> wrote: > Does anyone have this issue and if so, what are you > doing about it? > My 13 yro aspergers kid was told that he could > either be in special ed or typical ed upon entering > jr high.
