TIRED??

Does anyone else's PID pumpkin complain about being tired? Cole is

always yawning and saying " I tired Mama. " He sleeps soundly at night

(when he doesn't have an infection) but will complain CONSTANTLY about

being tired. Poor thing...he even looks pale and tired most of the

time.

Oh yeah, and I wanted to update everyone that Cole responded

beautifully to the Zithromax --just as I knew he would! Both ears are

looking better. Of course, the one without a tube still has fluid

behind it. I am finishing off the Ciprodex drops in both ears even

though he probably doesn't need it. The ENT said it wouldn't hurt

anything and might help stave off further infection before his

upcoming surgery. Barring any unforseen events, we are scheduled for

a second set of tubes and an adenoidectomy next Monday the 20th. I

can't wait....how sad that we get " excited " about surgery for our PID

guys. I know the miraculous power of tubes and I hear that

adenoidectomies can really improve kids health as well. I'll do

anything to help him!!! Of course, this time I am a bit nervous this

time around since he has been struggling with the GERD again. He

should be alright, he's on Zanatac again...still.
