Guest guest
I don't know where to write this so I just stuck it in here.My son just got his report card for second quarter. We are so proud of him we could burst. He not only got all satisfactory in all areas his teacher said he wants to excel in all his areas of school and that this means he is a smart student and a good one.He still needs some help with impulse control but is doing excellant in all areas. I read this and wanted to cry with joy! So for everyone out there who has just found out your child has apraxia hang in there and don't give up.My child is a child who knew only seven words inconsistently and even after a year of speech and OT he entered preschool with them thinking that he would never be able to speak and at the beginning of Kindergarten he couldn't wrtie for his spelling tests. There is hope! Good luck and enjoy your children. Gretchen mother of from Missouri.
