Guest guest
That really is the pits. I wonder if there is a latex free version that is also free of the other chemicals? If I find out, I will let you know! ~Pattie~ " What matters is not great deeds, but great love. He was actually tested in the allergist office with a piece of latex glove, they stuck it on his back, like they would a scratch test, for 15 mins.. when they took it off, that area was all red and swollen. They said it wasn't a horrible life threatening reaction, but it was enough to get him pegged with a latex allergy and and sent home with an epi pen. We were told that since he was 20 months at the time, the more he was exposed to it the more severe the reaction would become, so were were to treat it as if it were a bigger reaction. So obviously we use latex free bandaids and he still is left with these red rounded welts when you take off the bandaids from where the adehesive was. It is too bad we can't try the sheer but if they have latex in them they would be out for us. Bummer.
