Guest guest
Hello , i was talking to the nurse at the pediatricians' the other day who told me that she stopped taking melatonin to help her sleep because it gave her nightmares. Has this been proven? Adam was crying/screaming hysterically last night saying he was scared of the window in his room because it had a bug on it. That is the first time he had ever had a nightmare like that. Does anyone have any other suggestions how I can get him to calm down and go to sleep on his own? Stories don't help. He won't drink camamile tea.He has a problem winding down on his own and falling asleep. Usually I have a video he watches to go to sleep. He also has adhd. Josh also has problems getting to sleep, but he isn't on melatonin. take care, jeanne buesser ( NJ) President Nonprofit Apraxia Network of Bergen County Outreach Coordinator of Cherab www.apraxia.cc P.S. Just to let you know, that the speaker last night at the meeting was great. It was truly a wonderful experience on how to get more effective results from your insurance company. You never know what you will learn. My meeting notes will follow later.
Guest guest
Nightmares were just one of the side effects melatonin caused my daughter.
