Guest guest
My RBCs have been high for awhile and my physician advises if they've not decreased by my next blood work in November I will have to get a phlebotomy. We decreased my Nandrolone to see if that was the cause but the high counts remain. I'm going to try to stop smoking (again) shortly as when I quit for six months awhile back that did seem to reduce the RBCs. Has anyone had this procedure? Is there more to it than meets the eye? Any weakness or side fx afterwards? I understand about a liter of blood is removed perhaps bi-monthly. Thanks,

As your counts are high, you are unlikely to experience much afterwards, but you could feel a little peeked for a bit, as your blood volume recalibrates.Phlebotomy will greatly reduce the risk of stroke. Don't hesitate.JB
