Today I went to Dr. Casavantes' new office for removal of a small amount of BA that had come to the surface after about 4 years and looked like a pussy pimple.. not too large.. at the chin area. The procedure was painless and took less than 5 minutes.. Even though Dr. Casavantes didn't inject this BA into my face ( I had it done at ClinicEstetica when Love was doing the work ) he didn't charge me for this minor procedure.. I have used him for PMMA since he went out on his own and am very pleased with the results. His new office is in one of the buildings they call the Twin Towers bec. they look like the NY Twin Towers, only not as tall.. His office is clean and is just as what we see in the US. He isn't sharing this space with any other doctor , so all the staff and equipment are his,. I continue to be highly comfortable in his work and often wonder why people travel to Brazil when he I believe his work in injecting PMMA is as good as Dr. Serra and I believe his prices might be better. Evening groupRE: facial lipoatrophy and PMMAjust an update about my PMMA injections at Dr. Cassavantes office back on November 13. The swelling in my face has finally started going down. It's been about 2 and one half weeks since I saw Dr. Cassavantes. I'm really glad the swelling is going down. I was starting to freak out. My face looked so round. My face is starting to look really well balanced and "healthy". I'll keep the group posted on further developments. If anyone has questions, feel free to email me.
