Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 These are all very good abtrunk exercises. #1 seems to be more for lower extremities than abs, and in #3 he has a rounded back, contrary to his advice. Bottom line: always keep the natural curve in your low back---neutral spine.
