Guest guest
A few of you have asked me to give an update on my BioAlcamid removal on an area 0.5 inch by 0.5 inch big on my left cheek. Dr Canaan in Houston cut an incision inside my mouth about a 6 weeks ago under general anesthesia and cleaned that area. It took 3 weeks for my internal stitches to completely heal. I never had any pain and the swelling lasted around 4-5 days. Good news: I healed fast and no pain So So news: the scar tissue that built up after the cleaning is probably 60% the size of the original BioAlcamid volume, but this decrease is enough not to make the area not as noticeable. So I am happy with the results although I though I would completely get rid off the entire feeling of a bump in my face. May be I just need to wait longer for it to come down some more. I will also send a report on my buttock reconstruction results after going to see Dr Casavantes twice to get a total of 350 cc's of PMMA. I am very happy but will write a detailed report soon. I was also able to get a shot of Nebido in his office, which is a long acting testosterone ester that lasts for 4-5 months in your body so that you do not have to use daily gels or injections every one or two weeks. I am sorry that I have not been able to write more updates. I have been traveling a lot and sometimes it is hard to take the time. Thanks to all of you who were concerned!
