Re: spring allergies & do you want some bee pollen?

My sister gave me a bag of bee pollen. It's from the Eau area. As we

don't have significant seasonal allergies here, perhaps someone else would

benefit more from it than us? Email me off list if you want it. We're in

front of us! i am one to get bad allergies, but they have been better on the

GAPS diet. I feel really worn out and tired and have a pressure feeling in my

head. I am sure the symptoms vary but i think it is all the old melting off from

the snow, or maybe even some pollen from trees and grass. Anyone have

suggestions that would help that are all natural?..foods, read, herbs? thanks
