I was on Predisone for 6 months or so after radiation to the roof of

my mouth for KS years ago. The radiation didn't work and it really

screwed up my mouth. About 5 years later I had stage 4 AVN and had to

have both my hips replaced. Predisone can be useful but has

frightening side effects.
