About my Sustiva induced gynecomastia, On DHT now

Doc finally let me try DHT (had to go to compounding pharmacy) The only side effect I have is my hair is just starting to fall out a little.. That being said we are only gonna try this 4 to 6 weeks like they did in the study we are working from.(the study said almost all had great results) After that it will be onto Plan "B" the anti estrogens, like Tamoxifen or Letrozole, my fear with those is the major side effect listed for men "Loss of sex drive".

Hear is a question if anyone has info, Are there any anti Estrogens thought to have less side effects?

The main two meds I have been on that may have caused the breast growth are the Propecia (for hair loss) which I stopped around last Christmas, and the Sustiva which my doc does not think is a good idea to switch that one.
