Just had a thought, I'd like to get the CHERAB t-shirts for my children and for

all of 's speech therapists (he has 3) for end of the school year gifts. I

think they would really get a kick out of the " Children Should Be Seen...and

Heard! " line. Were you guys planning on having them in adult sizes as well as

children's sizes?

Just curious.

Hi Liz!

The " Children Should Be Seen ...And Heard! " CHERAB T Shirts will be

available both in adult and children's sizes. It will also be a very

high quality T Shirt. Shirtmasters http://www.shirtmasters.com is

working on the T Shirts, and I are working on the video copies

(hey does anyone know how we can get a great price on video tapes?)

and Rhonda is working on putting up the CHERAB T Shirt website now

right now where you will be able to view all the details and order if

you want!

About last night...I spoke to the producer about what happened and as

you all probably know, in the media world crashing the server for a

second time is not a bad thing. It sends a powerful message to them

and the world that there is extremely strong interest in this area,

and that there are more than us than they thought. Go to CN8 right

now and watch what's on the rest of the week - you'll have no

problems. I didn't have any problems watching CN8 online anytime

last week. (the details on how to watch are still on

http://www.apraxia.cc) Ratings are everything in TV world -they are

the life or death of the shows that are aired, and the stations that

air them.

Before CHERAB, most people looked at apraxia as an unknown, and

possibly rare speech disorder. That may be because most just stuck

to the label " apraxia " which is limiting since that label is

controversial, yet the reality is that children with the same " late

talker " symptoms are on the rise. So no matter what you call, or

your doctor calls, or your school calls, or your speech therapist

calls, or your mother in law calls, this speech disorder, or speech

impairment, there are more " late talkers " today who are not " just

starting to talk " than years ago. And there is something that needs

to be done about it to help all of our children, and all of us.

So again, last night we as parents and professionals together as a

group sent a second (or third if you count Inside Edition TV who

STILL has our link up at http://www.insideedition.com/links.htm out

of all the many shows they air) powerful message on behalf of our

children who in many cases can't yet say it themselves. Together we

screamed it for them.

" CHILDREN SHOULD BE SEEN ... AND HEARD! "
