To all who are denied services:

As an educator and legal guardian to two grandcildren who are on

IEP's. I found that if the school do not want to provide the services

you feel they should have, have thenm put it writing and send a copy

or call the Department of Education. I have found this works really

well. Most schools do not want to deal with the dept of ed. Do not

give up but keep after the people involved and get the answers you

need. I know the case managers in our schools will be very tired of

me by the time our 8 year-old graduates but I don't go away easily.
