My T-Cell count 1259 & no viral load at this time.I have a conussion and was in bed for a while some lost there. I noticed start of Lipoatrophy in my legs I work our & eat fine, it seem to come and go. Started meds 8 years and just switched from Trizivr to EPZICOM and ISENTRESS good move? {ideas} Is there anything anyone knows that I can do or take to work on some of the lost of fat? Guest guest Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 JT, If it's only in your legs, it's doubtful that it's HIV/drug related lipo. In my lengthly experience I have never encountered it being specific to any body part. Are you doing cardio? This will predispose you to working your red fibers (the endurance ones) so that you may lose bulk/mass. If you are doing cardio and resistance for your legs, you should not be doing them on the same days as they cancel eachother out.
