Guest guest Posted June 2, 2012 Report Share Posted June 2, 2012 I made a batch of kombucha 3 weeks ago, and I had a realization about an hour ago that I didn't add sugar when I brewed the tea. (I blame my 2 young kids and mom-brain! Plus I'm kind of a newbie.) I know this, because I haven't bought sugar in well over 2 months and there is still none in my cupboard. What do I do now?
