HILLCREST SCHOOL (ADL ROOM 1ST RM ON RIGHT)

60 W. MIDLAND AVE,PARAMUS, NJ 07652- 2ND WED OF THE MONTH, 7PM

UNTILL 8:30PM.- Please Be Prompt, RSVP before the meeting so we can plan

accordingly.

UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS 2002 (MEETINGS NOT TO BE MISSED)-

details and speakers to be confirmed.

Wed. Jan 9th. Doug Vogel, will speak about insurance issues and advocacy. Mr

Vogel is

a parent of special need children.

Wed. Feb 13th.a behaviorist will speak. Speaker to be confirmed

Wed. Mar 13th. Dr. Ladak, a developmental pediatrician will speak about

developmental growth with your children.

Wed. April 10th. Robyn Piccini, a slp will speak about transition issues and

sara johnson

techniques. It will also be our 2nd anniversary stay for the cake!

Wed Oct. 9th - Mrs Barbara Goldfarb-Portnoff , M.A. CCC-SLP, the founder and

director of TIKES, Therapeutic Intervention for Kids and Educational Support

will

educate us on the issues of being an slp. Her extensive experience with

" PROMPT " will

provide us with new information to carry back to our schools, pediatricians

and therapists.

P.S. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ABOUT OTHER SPEAKERS OR TOPICS FOR THE

FALL?.
