Dear ,

I have found an interesting site here in Aussie, a company called Melrose Health

who have been exploring omega 3's since 1985

in relation to food products. I have just discovered that they produce a table

spread called omega blend and omega ultra, made

from canola, flaxseed and olive oils rich in 3,6 & 9. They also produce a

variety of spreads made from various nuts. none of these

products appear to have fishoils however. It made me wonder if you have special

products (apart from the gelcap type

supplements and the coromega which I gather is a paste of some sort) available

to you in the US which would be useful in

particular for the children with eating problems, if something as simple as a

butter substitute could also be helping the cause by

adding additional efa's (even tho' not fish oils) and the nutty spreads offering

more proteins in an easy way, it could be beneficial.

The site is http://www.melrosehealth.com.au if anyone would care to have a look,

I am going to try the table spread today,

apparently it is now available at two of our major supermarket chains (Coles &

Woolworths for any Aussies out there).

Perhaps they could be persuaded to manufacture some magical treat that all

children would love to eat that would deliver all the

right nutrients !!!!!! Perhaps then they could work on something to fix Sydney's

bushfires and then world peace etc

etc.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warm regards

(roasting in Brisbane's 36 deg C heat)
