The other day, my son's neurologist did an OPTAX test -the paperwork on it says that it is designed to determine whether an ADHD child is suitable for stimulant medication and to help in finding the lowest effective dose. Have you heard of this ? My son scored off the charts in every category. I took it that this test was designed for AFTER a child was already suspected of being ADHD rather than finding out if he WAS . What is your opinion of this ?
