abacavir and cardiovascular disease risk

I went to an HIV/AIDS convention in Portland, Oregon yesterday. The doctor talked about Epzicom and the concern of Abacavir aka Ziagen putting people at higher risk of cardiovascular disease. This caused some concern for me being that I am taking Epzicom. I do have alittle higher then normal cholesterol and triglycerides usually, but I don't smoke and I don't have high blood pressure. I'm undetectable and t-cells are around mid 700's. Should I be thinking about changing meds?
