Yes, if you truly love your Valentine date you will take him or her to Wise Acre

Eatery on February 14th for their first ever special sweetheart tasting menu

event. It's a special 7 course event which is offered along with their regular

dinner menu options. As many of the luckier TF folks know, Wise Acre offers some

of the most delicious, most unique, most traditional foods in town! The

atmosphere is casual and funky, the staff farmer-friendly, and the prices very

reasonable. As with the regular menu, all the special dishes will feature local,

sustainable, pasture-raised and organic ingredients, another reason to have TF

fun here on this holiday for lovers! (**We plan to take visiting JERRY BRUNETTI

there for a Valentine's lunch on the 14th!!**)

Be sure to RSVP if you want to attend on Tuesday night, it's $45 for everything,

or $80 if you want wine pairings with each course. Call them at 612-354-2577 for

reservations or more details. Fortunately, they are also offering the special

deals on several other evenings throughout " Valentine's Week " . The restaurant

is located at 5401 Nicollet Ave So in Minneapolis and occupies an award-winning

retrofit classic 60's enamel-walled filling station. There is a wonderful wine

and craft beer bar right inside the restaurant, truly worth a visit. Remember

them for an amazing breakfast, lunch or weekend brunch too. You will like how

they do everything. Much of the food comes from their family farm in Plato, MN

and the dairy products, including their creamy custard ice cream desserts come

from our friends at Castle Rock Creamery. They feature a tiny shopping area up

front to for fresh farm eggs (awesome!), all the CR Creamery products,

home-baked goods, fermented vegetables, jams, and much more.
