Most of the HIV positive guys have and do experience ED issues. I have attributed my own ED with having a long duration of opportunistic infections. I have tried everything, including Caverjet, injection into the penis. This gives a truly healthy erection. Sometimes the erection is so pleasurable and lasting (5 hours plus) that you need to visit the ER to drain the penis. It is not pretty and not fun. Even though my testosterone level tests close to normal, going on Testosterone injections every other week has helped. Taking one of the BIG 3, Viagara, Cialis or Levitra and wearing a couple of higher end Spartacus cock rings definitely helps. Don't give up!
