Guest guest
Halley picked a new word, when we got home form NY, we were walking through the airport in Atlanta, Halley was carrying some of her bags, and she dropped her bag, and she looked down and said, " SHHH " , I knew what this meant....hmmmm, then the next day, she was playing in the L/R, and dropped something, and said it again...then she liked the sound and repeated it 4 more times! I have no one to blame but myself, as that seems to be my word, I am glad she learned a new sound, and it is wonderful to have to watch what I say now!! I now started the " potty mouth jar " , and it's for me!! HA-HA! Liz http://kidstalkback.tripod.com/kidstalkback/

Guest guest
My 3 year old (doesn't have Apraxia) started the same thing, with the SSHHH... Then after " helping " daddy fix his truck it was " goh, damit " Of course my 2 year (possible Apraxia) old who loves his big sister - they are practically twins - is deliberately throwing things down and saying " G-G-GOH " and stamps his foot. Maybe I should start the potty mouth jar for dearest hubby, before Dylan starts saying it clearer! Knowing my luck it would be his first full sentence!
