Guest guest
Just to let you know, I added the websites for the following to our bookmark section of our member center: National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) The Money Magazine Article " The Lethal Dangers of the Billion Dollar Vaccine Business " 20/20 report " Is Hepatitis B Vaccine Safe for Kids? " among others. > >I know we all have good sites, and this way they are easily accessible >without having to repeat them each time we have someone just starting their >search. One of my personal favorites is 's homepage, which is FULL of great info. I didn't include this address, but leave it up to her I encourage the rest of you to add more to these because I know so few and I'm sure there are a lot of us who would love to find what else is out there. Thanks, Dee Ann _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. I have to talk to my doc next week. Not thrilled about goiing to different meds, but still have not decided which unit(s) to purchase. also, don't have the $$$ now either. I also need to check on my latest babesia test. First was equivocal. But there is definitely something living in the kidneys and Mepron certainly stirred it up. Artemisia didn't do anything unfortuantely. and I think the kidney thing is babesia. OTOH, Mepron is hell and I don't want to go through that again with the kidneys. There is a new drug out, but need to check with the doc. If he wants to do Mepron again, then I think it will have to be 7-10 days. Guess I'll go buy a lotto ticket tomorrow MA

MA >> Thanks Ann. I have interesting information on Lyme disease from someone who is very knowledgeable on the subject and if you are interested, let me know and I will send it to you privately. She has this to say about babesia: << (Also - if babesia (protazoa - similar to malaria with much milder symptoms), is present in system, lyme will NOT get better until the babesia is addressed. Most use mepron (a drug so horrendus, our pharmacist said she would NEVER take it) with zithromax and/or quinine. Many at least temporarily lose their hearing from this " therapy. " We found at animal med sites that clindamycin (a " normal " antibiotic) is used - often successfully, on animals - so this is the route we chose (in addition to rifing like crazy, of course - VBG!). Flagyl is also an anti-protazoan drug - one which docs vehemently say cannot treat babesia; which apparently helped in our case. (Also, many other patients report getting better from babesia with flagyl.) There is a Chinese dr in NY (Zahng or Zang) who offers Chinese herbal combos for babesia; many long-time sufferers tested clean (for what that's worth) after a few months on the products (artamesia annua - a form of wormwood is the primary anti-babesia agent, as far as I know). Also, of all things - venus fly-trap extract (avail through Allergy Research Group) has given relief to some - reporting excellent results... (See Turf's electroherbalism page - have link, if you need it.) >>>
