Guest guest
I'm not sure of the age of your child, but maybe he isn't ready for grains or even fruit. He may prefer animal foods. There are some great articles at westonaprice.org. A nice list also exists at http://www.nourishingourchildren.org/Articles.html Regarding seasoning, I will say my little guy always liked spice. Kimchi was his favorite from infancy. Happy dining! Waibel St. WAPF > > Hi, I ate a lot of Vietnamese, Chinese and other herb-rich foods when pregnant and our little man is just not interested in stuff like oatmeal and fruit. Would some of you point me in the direction of favorite flavorful herbs and recipes for them? My Dad has a great herb garden I can poach plants from, but I am overwhelmed by the options! I know people used to routinely eat over 300 herbs and plants, but much of that knowledge is not a part of traditional midwestern cuisine that has lost much of its traditional knowledge. (Finger-food friendly options are especially appreciated.) > > Thanks! >
