Got my free samples in the mail today. I squirted it into Jenna's yogurt and

she ate it all!

Nordic sent me a 10 day supply and I just ordered a bottle from the shop in

service site. At least I know of a way to get her to swallow it.

Wish us luck!

Hi Eileen,

They are gelcaps so most of us pierce it and then squirt it in either

a drink or whatever the child will take. I personally use applesauce

or plain yogurt.

I have heard of some kids who chew it then spit it out. I am not so

brave to even go there with my son!!!
