information on Hanen programs, workshops and resources, it also features

sections tailored to specific users

- parents, speech-language pathologists, teachers and child care providers,

and community professionals. Our members-only sections for Hanen Certified

SLPs and You Make the Differenceâ„¢ Professionals makes it easier than ever

for our members to renew their certification or license online, and to keep

their address up to date.

2. TARGET WORD - THE HANEN PROGRAM® FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE LATE

TALKERS IS LAUNCHED OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO!

Developed and piloted in Ontario between 1999 and 2001,Target Word is now

launching for the first time outside of Ontario! (See below for details of

workshops in Penticton and ers, British Columbia). This research-based

Hanen Program was

developed to give parents of very young children with delays in their

expressive language development the opportunity to facilitate vocabulary

growth.
