Hmmmm Each state I believe has an advocacy office - w/ attorneys who specialize in advocacy for children w/ special needs, SPAN in NJ?, The Georgia Advocacy Office may be able to point you in the right direction (not sure what state you are in): GAO The Georgia Advocacy Office Kulbersh, Staff Attorney 1-800-537-2329 404-885-1234 100 Crescent Centre Parkway Suite 520 Tucker, GA 30084 Also, often there may be funding (state to state) that can be available to families w/ children w/ special needs...your service coordinator should be able to assist you in researching this further...ASK!
