In response to having to pay for private services & then not having EI cover

therapy through Early Intervention? Hmmmm

Each state I believe has an advocacy office - w/ attorneys who specialize in

advocacy for children w/ special needs, SPAN in NJ?, The Georgia Advocacy

Office may be able to point you in the right direction (not sure what state

you are in):

GAO The Georgia Advocacy Office

Kulbersh, Staff Attorney

1-800-537-2329

404-885-1234

100 Crescent Centre Parkway

Suite 520

Tucker, GA 30084

Also, often there may be funding (state to state) that can be available to

families w/ children w/ special needs...your service coordinator should be

able to assist you in researching this further...ASK!
