Washington DC and looking for friends/Groups

Hey Everyone -

A friend of mine has has recently moved to DC from LA and said he's having a hard time connecting in the LGBT community down there especially not knowing any other guys that are positive though he knows DC has a lot of Poz guys. Do you have any insight into groups or maybe Poz Pedalers from down there that might know of some social groups or networking events etc...?
