Guest guest
Hi everyone! I have great news about the apraxia half hour talk show. I just spoke to the producer and they did get a great response to the " Not Just A Late Talker " show and will be rerunning it " most likely " next Friday at 6:00 PM EST. They said the link online should be OK if you try again to watch it online. I also checked about copies and found out that we can make as many copies as we want through the nonprofit as long as we don't charge for them and as long as no one that gets a copy plays it on another TV station without their permission. (if you get a copy from CN8 it's $30) Here is what we are planning on doing to offset the cost of getting these tapes out to all of you. We are going to have a T Shirt made up with the CHERAB logo and web address with the slogan " CHILDREN SHOULD BE SEEN...AND HEARD " (I worked in the fashion industry in NYC for years so I'll make sure it looks great!!) We don't know yet all the details of how much the T shirt will cost but probably around $15 -and then you get the 1/2 hour talk show video copy for free. You would just have to mail a blank video tape to the CHERAB PO Box. (The producer also suggested a stamped self addressed envelope but we hope to be able to cover the cost of the mailing and copies with the T Shirts. (and we can all thank our wonderful Carnell for much of this great idea!! -her link below) Any thoughts, comments or suggestions please email us here on the list or me private at lisa@... Well I just wanted to share the great news that the Late Talker show is airing again (and probably again and again from what I've heard) And between that and the internet viewing link being fixed and the way we figure we can get the copies out to all of you - you will all get to see it. It really is a great segment for apraxia! =====
