It is unlikely that the Bush White House will direct the HHS to re-draw the regulations during their final days in office. They are too busy gutting environmental rules and such to deal with such matters.I am sure that soon after Obama is inaugurated, the regulations will be changed.In the meantime, despite the change in law, the travel ban remains in effect.JB
