I am new to this forum. I am a teacher of students with disabilities and an amateur nutritionist. I have some time off coming up this summer and would like to offer my labor to a local farm. I am not looking for money, just the opportunity to work outside in the sun and maybe the occasional egg or glass of milk. I have never worked on a farm, but I do have 5 summers of landscaping experience, so I know what manual labor is and have done my fair share of dirty jobs. I also understand that farming is in the human DNA. It has sustained human life for thousands of years. Unfortunately, farming has transformed into something totally foreign and unrecognizable. Again, I know nothing about farming other than what I've read about and seen through documentaries, but I do know that I would like to support a local farmer or farmers who run a diverse practice. If my help would interest anyone, let me know. I can provide resume and references if needed. Thanks!

Guest guest
I didn't even say where I live, which is Eden Prairie. I would be willing to travel 20 miles or so to work. > > From: kernel_journal <kernt@...> > Subject: Summer Help? > > Date: Wednesday, February 29, 2012, 6:15 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > Hello, > > > > My name is .
