Where can I find real gyro meat?

I stopped at the Jerusalem Market on Central yesterday to pick up some gyro

meat. As this purchase had been at the back of my mind for a few months now, I

was rather excited to finally make the trip over there. However, when I read

the ingredients on the package, I was surprised and quite disappointed:

beef, (it is traditionally made of lamb)

water,

soy protein concentrate,

breadcrumbs [bleached wheat flour, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil

(soybean and/or cottonseed),

onion,

salt,

monosodium glutamate,

garlic,

spices
