Guest guest
Feel free to come by anytime today. Everything on the honor system, the garage is unlocked. If you will be thawing your bird for T-day, grab the ones in the shipping crates, whereas if you will be storing the birds, take some from the freezer (they are at -10F). They are all the same birds. I also have 5 additional birds available for latecomers, just come on by. 3116 Holmes Ave S, Uptown, pull up in back, go in gate, through front door of garage. Leave a check or cash in the envelope and ENJOY! PS, it's OK and desirable to finish thawing the bird in a clean cooler filled with water and 2 cups of good salt, this will BRINE the bird for even better taste, juiciness and skin quality. These are all young birds and will have extreme juiciness unless you overcook it. Bake upside down with broth or water in pan, then invert for the last part of baking to get a nicely brown skin. See our FILES for complete details on brining and cooking a free-range bird. Will Winter Farmesota
