"Unfortunately I applied for the UN meeting due to my interest on this matter - HIV travel Â ban (and because this was an excellent opportunity like it was in Canada in Toronto Aids Congress to ban) and gave my name as HIV+. It seemed there was the intervention of UN director in this direction and I heard about the ban. But what happened? just words?"If you have been granted a "waiver," you may still enter the US. Without a waiver, the entry of an HIV positive person is still forbidden.JB
