Guest guest
Nasarel (flunisolide) is a nasal corticosteroid that is completely absorbed systemically. It is metabolized by the liver cytochrome P450 isoenzyme CYP3A4. Norvir (Ritonavir) inhibits CYP3A4 and thus boosts the serum levels of Flunisolide. When I took both, my T-cells were stuck in the 200-300 range. Stopping Nasarel, my T-cells have been 500+ for over a year. Norvir and Nasarel should not be used together due to the norvir boosting of nasarel and the sytemic immune supression caused by corticosteroids.
