Guest guest
Are your kids getting sick? Is it just our family that hasn't gotten I'll most of the winter???? Except for my antibiotic induced bout with thrush, we haven't gotten sick at all. Maybe a runny nose here and there but no colds or anything. I'm trying to figure out if it's really our diet. I mean, does it work THAT well? That would be wonderful. K ock on wood, we are really healthy. I've heard of a lot.... I mean A LOT of crud going around. My son is in preschool twice a week and in Sunday school once a week and when I hear on fb that a church family has the stomach bug, I hear that all our friends from church got it that week too. And I'm sitting here waiting for us to get it too and we never do. I'm just wondering if other families out there in the Twin Cities are experiencing this too. Or if it's been a mild winter for illness and just our friends are getting stuff??? Don't get me wrong. I'm not upset about it by any means I'm just hoping my hypothesis of following this way of eating and hearing from other families near me that follow this will confirm that it's working. I'm also fine with the " it's a mild winter " answer. On a side note. We saw major improvement in illness when we switched to raw milk and I'm pissed about what is going on in the buying club. So sorry Alvin. I will join you all in getting this problem solved. Especially because it is soooo hard and inconvenient for me to get my milk. We have run out for a week and a half. and with a new baby it's hard to coordinate. -
