Guest guest
My Rheumatologist told me to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush spent medicines from my system. This is especially important near the times I take Methotrexate. I fill a 2-liter soda bottle with water every morning and drink all of it during the day (in addition to whatever other liquids I drink).God bless. ----- Original Message ----- From: snowdrift52003 Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2004 5:29 PM Subject: Re: The Need For Water > THE NEED FOR WATER > Becoming thirsty is nothing more than our body telling us to replace > this precious liquid.
