My Rheumatologist told me to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to flush spent medicines from my system. This is especially important near the times I take Methotrexate. I fill a 2-liter soda bottle with water every morning and drink all of it during the day (in addition to whatever other liquids I drink).God bless.
