Funny you should mention this. I JUST received an email from a parent in

Washington State discussing the CAP waiver you all

have---a five page email. I just forwarded your question to her (I don't

personally know her) but hopefully she'll respond to

you or I about your question. Her posting actually spoke of Medicaid stuff but

in there somewhere you two may be able to

find an answer.
