I dare to disagree, Nick. Sometimes when you find common intellectual

ground with another person, this beauty colours the physical

appearance of the person to such a degree that the 'looks' are

transformed in the beholder's eyes. That would clearly be a case of

intelligence being more stimulating than the original looks.

That being said, many good looking people have worn thin on people's

nerves as the person with whom they are interacting begins to realize

(either over a course of minutes or months) that the depth (or

intellect) just is not forthcoming no matter how captivating the

person is.

Of course, only in very rare cases will you actually find a perfect

balance of genius and beauty in equal measure. In fact, this has been

one of the crosses I have had to bear ... hahaha!

There was one girl I knew who had both and she was a crafty devil. I think she slipped me oxycontin one time when she and I were together. LOL. No. Sex doesn't have to be in the picture and that's not what I'm referring to. If it were up to me, the sex wouldn't come for atleast a year or two of getting to know the girl. And, hopefully during that time she would workout with me and get in shape. Oh, I can take it. My nerves are too relaxed without some heavy fighting and arguing with a nice looking girl. It keeps me on my toes. I guess I'm like my Granddad. ravenmagic2003 <ravenmagic2003@...> wrote: Nick wrote: "Intelligence and looks are more stimulating than either one alone. Maybe I missed something somewhere...

You had talked about wishing your therapist was more attractive and

another suggest medication and did like her because she did. And

now I think you're saying that you think this girl that may have drugged

you without your knowledge or consent was " hot " ...

I have always viewed the relationship between client and therapist to be

more of a " Co-worker " or " teacher/student " thing

depending of what you're working on and not personal friendship... Maybe

I'm wrong in that view but the service provider/customer model seems to

make right to me...

Why would you want to associate with anyone that tried to drug you...

that to me is about the ultimate in disrespect... Yes a bit of

" sparing " can be stimulation but for me is only attractive if

there is respect...

As far a attraction is concerned mutual respect is the most important

followed by intellect and looks are a distant third at best...
