This is indeed the farm where we are creating one of the most exciting sustainable farm experiences I have ever seen. I'm a bit player in the action, there, with DICK GALLIEN being the main star. He grew up there. Now he is 80, with the stamina and energy of a 40 year old. Dick's wife SUE is another major player in everything happening there. We are going to have some fun. Which reminds me, there is a tremendous opportunity for a FULL-TIME INTERN on the farm. I am driving down tomorrow to make more connections and additions to the Winona Farms pork project. By the time it gets warm and dried out a bit we will organize a FARM TOUR and PASTURE WALK, so everyone can come down for a tour. I'm hoping we can do a campout and some group meals, it will be fun!
