And we are all sighing and oohing and aaahing.... Yes, it's all sold. The

good news is that we will have more in a couple of weeks so if you missed

the pastured pork orgy, get ready. Meanwhile, be sure to visit the website

winonafarm.com. It's an amazing place.

Last year we organized a magical camp-out, pizza party and totally fun event

at Castle Rock Creamery. This year I want to repeat that but I also

guarantee you that we will have an OPEN HOUSE down at Winona Farms. You will

be inspired and, after visiting, you just might question your own reluctance

to just sell everything and move to the farm! More details later but it WILL

be fun!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who snapped up the first shipment of pork, Enjoy, Enjoy,

Enjoy all that succulent, juicy, flavorful and rich pork!!!! I got my own

stash of bacon, ham, roasts, liver and chops and I'm really happy!
