Guest guest
I was afraid to write in again for fear of begin pegged as an idiot. This group is the first I've ever belonged to. I had to show my teen the flame war site and he told me that this goes on everwhere he's been to. Anyway, hope everyone has a nice Easter day. Our family does not go to church but do the egg hunt with the kids. My youngest who is aspie already had " the blowup " basket thrown down, candy strewn on floor etc.. It has become so the norm that my other two kids just went about hunting for the eggs like it was no big deal. After less than 20 min, the tantrum was over and the youngest was back to the search. I hope he's not like me. I was having tantrums because of fear of doing things, people I felt didn't do things my way and feeling misunderstood until just last year. I'm thirty six by the way. Egads! Anyone else have this type of reaction to stuff? Kim
Guest guest
We don't make too good an impression. do we? Not sure how to answer your question, but a bit of advice: It's too easy to try and jump in the fray when the problem lies between two people and those two alone. The moderators will step in if need be. But if you stand back and let the hotheads tussle it out, that solves the problem better than anything else.Kim <dmappel@...> wrote: I was afraid to write in again for fear of begin pegged as an idiot.
