Here's an excerpt: " Additionally, sprouted grains, which are typically considered to be healthful fare can also be problematic for a couple of different reasons. Do you know if these studied were " altered " grains--GMO or non -heritage, commercially treated seed wheat, or organic? These really are questions as I eat a little bit of sprouted stuff every day and have found wheat to be the most energizing.
