The cookbook Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon is the cornerstone of theclass. Also the Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Natasha -McBrideknown as the GAPS protocol is very much a part of the teaching. You will be served a dinner that is both GAPS and WAPF friendly.
