about cats,and the litter

well lets try this again and see if it makes it threw to be posted.

common sense is what is needed

i foster 40 abused cats and 21 dogs

the cat litter ,the trays etc, are easy to maintain

i like most things bleach and water kill alot of germs

i clean the trays daily, i use a clay litter and it has dust

have for over 12 years and in that time have not had less than 25 cats at one time or another, if you want you can use a mask,i use gloves and do pleanty of hand washing

i also wash the walls and floors daily, and i keep the litter clean meaning changed daily and cleand 4 times a day, same with the dog area it is raked daily hosed down daily the animals are all well feed and kept clean.

i have never had any problem with toxo, i have been poz for along tme, have had a couple heart ailments along with chf.

the animals eat a well balanced diet i go and fish for them weekly and they eat lots of trout, chicken , beef, hot dogs what ever to keep the protien balance up in their bodies

.. i am on sdi get less than 700 a month to live on and pay the mortgage still pay for animals supplies etc it is a lot of hard work but i am rewarded by it daily.

it is really up to each of us, and if we are comapssionate abot life and are able to care for another livng thing we should for as ong as we can. just stay clean keep the animals are clean and you'l have no problems and remember to spay or neuter the animal
