Guest guest
Can anyone show me where to find written evidence (studies) that show that apraxic kids need frequent and consistent speech therapy? When I first found out my daughter had apraxia and joined this group, the advice for frequent speech therapy sessions (up to 4 per week) was abound! Where did this advice stem from? While I am definitely an advocate for frequent and consistent speech therapy, I need some documented proof that this will help such children (our children). Are there any links to study results, etc...?? Please advise. Thank you! Traub (mommy to Madelyn Grace 4.2) jenann27@...
